After upgrading to iOS 5 Green Grocer no longer works properly. It quits when adding a list or a list item. Will there be an patch for this?
Thanks.

Having tried nearly all of the various list and to do apps I can say without question that Green Grocer is not only the best for grocery lists, but also excellent at organizing all kinds of tasks having nothing to do with groceries.

For that reason I believe more people would benefit from it and sales would be increased were it given a more general name and a new icon.

A web interface that synced automagically would be excellent as well.

I think it would be great if I could assign an aisle to an item and then sort it by aisle. Right now I re-enter all items that I buy and give it a catagory. i.e. Fruit - bananas. So then I put all the fruit at the top of the list because it is first in the store. Next is Meat - hamburger because it is next. Thanks.

I'm experimenting with the free version and might be interested in the full app, but the location sorting doesn't work for me because I've got an iPod Touch and the stores where I shop don't have public WiFi. As a result, the order of items in the list does not reflect the order I find them in the store, and shopping involves a lot of scrolling up and down the (sometimes long) list. Is there any way to get the list to sort properly without the use of location services? I guess I'm looking for the app to either learn my habits, i.e. keep track of the order in which I usually check things off and order the list accordingly, or allow me to manually order items (which I realize I can do now) AND have the app REMEMBER that order next time I make a list. Am I missing some existing functionality? Is there any chance this will be added in the future?

I want to import a list from a Word doc or Excel spreadsheet. How can I do this? If I email them to myself it doesn't give me the link to import it into GG. Only if it comes from another GG list does it give me the option. Thanx in advance!

Hi,

I really don't understand how the email feature of Foodle works. I'd like to be able to mail myself a list of things to get that I can import into Foodle. However there seems to be an email out feature which adds some kind of button that allows you to import items. But I can't get this to work. There isn't a demo of this anywhere I can see and I can't see the point of putting a list together, then mailing to yourself to then import it back into Foodle!

Could you explain how this feature is meant to work?

Thanks!!

It would be great to be able to copy and paste from one list to another. Please add this to a future release!

Then there is also a TO DO TODAY list that could be coupled with a DATED list item that appears in your TODAY list on the due date.
It just opens up a whole new world for FOODLE.
